AI Output Limits Free + Pro Model Safety-first Guardrails

1. Acceptance, Eligibility, and Nature of Service

By creating or using a Tatva account, users agree to these terms. Tatva is an AI-based application that provides conversational assistance, shared-memory continuity, astrology tools, and general wellness-oriented guidance. Tatva is not a substitute for emergency services, licensed therapy, medical diagnosis, legal advice, or other regulated professional services.

AI-generated output can be incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate in some cases. Users are responsible for exercising judgment and seeking professional assistance where needed.

2. Persona Boundaries

  • Jyoti provides Vedic-context and astrology-related guidance and should not be treated as guaranteed prediction or legal advice.
  • Riya provides emotional companionship and reflective conversation, but is not a therapist, crisis counselor, or emergency service.
  • Dr. Meera provides general wellness guidance and habit-oriented suggestions, but does not diagnose or prescribe.
  • Tatva may show referral, helpline, or escalation messaging when a conversation indicates serious risk or emergency concerns.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information when required and keep account credentials secure.
  • Use Tatva lawfully and respectfully, and avoid harassment, fraud, abuse, or attempts to bypass safety guardrails.
  • Avoid uploading or sharing personal data about other people unless you have the right to do so.
  • Use qualified medical, mental health, legal, emergency, or financial professionals where professional judgment is required.

4. Prohibited Use

5. Accounts, User Content, and Shared Memory

Users retain rights to their own original inputs and profile information, but they grant Tatva a limited right to store, process, transform, and analyze that information as needed to operate the service, maintain shared memory, enforce safety, provide support, and comply with law.

Tatva may extract structured memory or summaries from user conversations so context can be used across Jyoti, Riya, and Dr. Meera. This shared memory is part of the service design. Users who do not want Tatva to retain account-linked data should use the account deletion process or contact support.

6. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

7. Intellectual Property

  • Tatva branding, interface design, prompts, workflows, and service logic remain protected assets of the operator or its licensors.
  • Users may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or build a competing service from Tatva content or functionality except as permitted by law.
  • Feedback users choose to provide may be used to improve Tatva without compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Suspension, Termination, and Availability

  • Tatva may suspend, limit, or terminate access where required to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or address misuse.
  • Features may change, pause, or be removed as the service evolves.
  • Tatva is provided on a best-effort basis and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Tatva is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. No statement made by Jyoti, Riya, or Dr. Meera should be treated as a guaranteed outcome, diagnosis, prescription, or emergency advice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from use of the service.
